Tinylabrentals can be made, as a custom order for direct purchase, or you can choose from our various pre-built models that will soon be ready for rent/lease and delivered to your desired and approved location. We have various size labs, and they can be specifically designed and outfitted for a majority of the exact science applications you may need, should it be purely R&D or QA/QC & GLP/GMP.

These are patented regulatory accommodated labs for: Chemistry, Biology, Environmental, Medical and many other sciences. They come in various lab sizes to suit all your science needs, as well as the needed flexibility and affordability. These Tinylabrentals are a practical and cost sensible solution for the amount of time and space you may require. Should you have a short term or high importance project that a “fixed location” can not realistically accommodate, be it for time or space, we have your back. You can also conveniently set them up as a satellite location outside of the city for shorter commutes, and not mention better privacy and security. (Where Permitted)

These labs can be a single unit, or set up as a colony/cluster, that can include, offices, separate storage and lavatory units, along with an onsite backup power supply should be they be needed. (Off grid capable units are special order only) Tinylabrentals, make ideal choices for either the “Start-up” company with a great idea, but can not afford the rent in the city, as well as the “Established Labs” that are quickly running out of room. They also make sense for most schools, universities and hospitals as well. Police and fire departments can benefit from the mobile aspect of these labs too. Government agencies and the military would expertly utilize the modular nature and their portability/mobility for rapid response to national emergencies and national security issues.

We also can offer a full range of scientific equipment that you can either purchase, or we can arrange a lease to have it be furnished with the unit. Also, we can offer as a service, to set up your unit with scientific items/equipment you may already own, including an IQ/OQ/PQ service if required, for an additional charge. Tinylabrentals can and will help you work with all local municipalities, utilities and regulating bodies for permitting and compliance.
